How to keep your players fit off court with training goals

Now that you’ve added players to your team, you can get start setting them exercise goals to get them in their best shape, off the court and indepently.Follow this guide to set up you team’s training guides in 5 minutes.

Step One - Pick the team you want to assign goals to

Once you’re logged into Coaches Corner, go to the Playbook tab and click on “Training goals” and select the team you want to assign the training goals to in the drop down menu.

Step Two-Pick the players and duration of goals 

Continue setting your goal by clicking on the “Set New Goal” button. You’ll see the following menu

All of your players in the team you selected to set the training goals will be immediately picked (✔️ over their profile picture) and you can un- tick them if you don’t want to assign training goals to that player as they might be injured. You’re also presented with options for the duration of these goals.

Step Three- Picking exercises and setting the exercise goals 

Then, you can get started adding the exercises for your training goals. You can choose from a variety of conditioning exercises targeting upper the upper and lower body as well as core. You can scroll side to side to see all of the exercises.

Once you have picked the first exercise, you can set the number of reps (for dynamic exercises such as squats) or sessions (for holding exercises such as planks) per exercise, per day.

You can continue adding more exercises to your training plan following the same instructions and pressing the plus button.

Once you’re happy with your training plan go ahead and click the “Set Goal” button and you’re done 💪!

Your players will also be notified on the TeamSportz app on their mobile so sit back and see the reps come in on the “Training Goals” section.
